Many people have limited space and do not realize that it IS possible to grow their own fresh herbs, flowers, and vegetables in their home, apartment, or yard. Tom will discuss good and bad containers to use as well as how to take care of containerized plants.  Presentation will include considerations for common containerized decorative and edible plants, as well as opportunity for questions. Everyone from the novice to the pro will walk away with a smile on their face knowing they have learned something new and exciting.

Tom is a gardener with over 20 years of experience who thrives on delivering high-energy presentations to help others build their knowledge and skills. Tom has offered workshops and seminars at Rutgers, Brookdale Community College, NOFA-NJ's Winter Conferences, Straight and Narrow and Kintock Rehabilitation, as well as many Senior Centers and scout troops. Tom loves to say that "everyone from the beginner to the expert will walk away with a new found knowledge after listening to what I have to say” and that said he has never been wrong yet!
